Wondering where your Kibolu Smart Pet Feeder is? Here's how to track it:
Step 1: Find your tracking number
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Kibolu.
Step 2: Track with your carrier
Click the tracking link in your email, or copy your tracking number and paste it on the carrier's website to see real-time updates on your delivery.
Step 3: Didn't receive a tracking email?
If it's been more than 3 business days since your order and you haven't received tracking information:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify the email address you used at checkout
- Contact us at kibolu@hotmail.com with your order number — we'll get back to you within 24 hours
Estimated delivery times
- US: 7–12 business days
- UK: 8–14 business days
- Canada: 8–15 business days
- Australia: 10–15 business days
- Rest of World: 12–20 business days
Note: Delivery times start from the ship date, not the order date. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
