Return eligibility
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
- The product must be in its original packaging and in unused or like-new condition
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required
How to start a return
- Email us at kibolu@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with a return shipping label and instructions
- Ship the product back using the provided label
- Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days
Refund details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a defect or our error)
- Return shipping is covered by Kibolu for defective products
Damaged or defective product?
If your Kibolu Smart Pet Feeder arrives damaged or develops a defect within the 12-month warranty period, contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no questions asked.
